United States- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES. Order arrives within 1-7 business days.

Canada - $10 SHIPPING COST.  Order arrives within 5-10 business days.

Please understand that items lost during shipment, delayed shipments, non deliverable addresses and similar unfortunate occurrences - which are beyond our control - do not define how we run our store. We will try our best working with you to sort out any situations/issues which may arise. Our customers come first!

**International orders** Please note- Our shipping charges do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry to your country.  All customs, duties and fees will be your responsibility to pay at delivery. Once the package has reached your country's postal service, any 'holds' put on by Customs are beyond our control.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your package delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us for a refund/exchange. If you email us before the 7 day window, you are eligible for your refund/exchange. Please make sure you send your return to the complete address you are provided. We are not responsible if you send your package to an incomplete address-as the shipping company will return the package back to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable) If you want to exchange your item, please contact us at your earliest as items may run out of stock. 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any damaged or defective items must be declared with in two days after you receive your items. We inspect all items before shipping them out to our customers and limit the chance of damaged item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at You will be responsible for paying shipping for returning your item and for shipping costs for your the new product you want to purchase.


To return your product, you should email for a mailing address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
